Northgate Plaza Condominiums
The stucco siding at Northgate Plaza was allowing water to enter into the wall cavities causing severe decay. PBE was hired to remove all cladding, repair framing decay, reclad with James Hardie Fiber Cement and rebuild all decks. The building required full scaffolding due to its height and scope of items needing repair. New lines and colors provided a drastic transformation all while fully occupied during this successful renovation.

Deck framing, flashing and waterproofing
Aluminum deck railings at unit decks
Remove and replace existing storefront entry doors
