Spinnaker Reach Condominiums
PBE was hired by the board at Spinnaker Reach to replace fiber cement siding which was improperly installed by another contractor. During this process, we repaired deck decay, installed new deck coatings, railings, window and doors. At their entry walkways, we replaced overloaded wood pole columns with new footings on pin piles and galvanized steel columns. All work was done while the buildings were occupied.

James Hardie siding with rain-screen installation on all buildings
New VPI windows and sliding glass doors
Re-framing of walkway including pin piles, footings, steel columns, beams, joists and sheathing
Deck coatings, flashings and railings
All work performed on occupied units with limited site access
