Seacrest Condominiums

This occupied two-building condominium in Edmonds, WA was originally clad with stucco which was allowing water to enter walls.   The homeowners association chose to replace the cladding to solve this problem and for an improved updated appearance. PBE replaced stucco with new exterior rated gypsum sheathing, wet flashing, new windows, James Hardie fiber-cement and Trespa siding. Railing walls were replaced with aluminum and glass panels.
