Juanita Bay Condos
Severe weather and aging stucco cladding caused water intrusion at this community which sits on the shores of Lake Washington. PBE installed a James Hardie Reveal Panel system on a rain-screen, with metal and Trespa siding accents. This project took place in winter, spring and early summer which meant extra weather protection and caution was taken to avoid leaks during construction. Once complete the occupants enjoyed their decks during the summer months as planned.

Deck framing, flashing and waterproofing
Aluminium with glass panel deck railings at unit decks
