The existing stucco cladding and aluminum windows on the building had ran their course and was starting to allow water intrusion into the building structure. The metal railings were no longer code compliant. It was also time to upgrade the exterior of the building including replacement of the roof. PBE was hired to repair the exterior of the building all while the units were occupied.
Scope of Work
Replacement of current siding with Hardie Artisan, Trespa Pura and AEP Span Flex Series panels
Roof included Dura-Last Duro Tuff membrane
24-gauge Kynar sheet metal installed at the coping caps of the roof and guardrail walls. Chimneys received new metal caps
New Aluminum Cable Railings
Urethane waterproofing installed at each of the decks
New VPI windows and swing doors
