Our Team

Your Pacific Northwest Renovation Contractor

We are a building envelope remediation contractor with experience working on multifamily properties and homes.

Our 50+ combined years of experience working in this industry provides our customers with the peace of mind that their home's cladding system will hold up against extreme Pacific Northwest weather conditions.

Our experience working with condominium and apartment communities means we are uniquely equipped to handle the communication demands placed on our team by homeowners, tenants, property managers, landlords and others whom have a stake in the properties we revive.  PBE’s workmanship, attention to detail and installation standards ensures that windows, doors, siding, roofs, waterproof coatings and other cladding systems we install will withstand the test of time.  We understand the importance of proper installation practices and the impact poorly designed or installed materials can have on structural elements of a home or building.  This is why we demand only the best from our installation teams and guarantee our workmanship will hold up against the harsh weather conditions often encountered in the Pacific Northwest's coastal and mountainous regions.
